I received excellent service when I called from Ohio to send flowers for my uncle's funeral. The lady that answered the phone had more information about the funeral arrangements than I did! I had planned to have the flowers delivered on Saturday, but she told me the visitation was Friday evening and asked me if I wanted the flowers delivered on Friday. Thank you again for such wonderful service!
